Scope of Our Services !

1. The contractor shall be responsible for scheduling and posting content to 's social media channels 12 posts per month. 2. The social media channels include (Facebook, Instagram.) 3. Posts will be 3 days per week Mon - Wed- Fri 4. The contractor agrees to use the client's social media accounts and post solely as their brand. 5. Agents@Work shall be responsible for providing written content. 6. Agents@Work shall be responsible for designing and/or providing images to be used on social media channels. 7. The contractor agrees to ensure that the voice, tone, and overall communication across all platforms represent the brand and is uniform. 8. Agents@Work shall be responsible for analyzing social media reports and results from campaigns.

Our Strategy!

Our team of experienced social media content managers will work closely with you to understand your brand and target audience. We will create customized content for your social media accounts that aligns with your brand's messaging and goals. We will also manage your accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, engaging with your followers, and monitoring analytics to ensure we are achieving the desired outcomes. We offer the following services as part of our social media content management package: Content creation and curation Copywriting and graphic design Scheduling and publishing of social media posts Analytics and reporting

Additional/Optional Service

Community management and engagement As part of our proposal, our company will provide an additional/optional service (which will be charged separately) of social media engagement. This will include monitoring social media channels for any activity, mentions, and conversations related to the client's brand, products, and services, and responding in a timely manner. Our team will also actively engage with the audience by replying to comments, addressing customer concerns, and proactively interacting with the audience. This will help maintain a positive brand image and enhance customer satisfaction!

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content created by the Agents@Work, including (social media posts, designs, add any content) shall be owned by Agents@Work & Client.

Modification

Any changes or modifications to any part of this contract will only be in effect once approved in written form by both parties. We believe that our services will not only enhance your social media presence, but also drive traffic and increase brand awareness. Our pricing for this package is $450 per month, which includes 12 posts for Instagram and Facebook social media platforms. Posts will be 3 days per week i.e Mon - Wed - Fri. Our additional/optional service of Community management and Engagement will be charged separately $200 per month. In this service our team will be engage with the audience by replying to comments, addressing customer concerns within 2hours of the query sent on social media platforms.

Terms and Conditions

1-Schedule The Client will have 5 business days to review and approve each step. At the end of said time, if no answer has been given, the work will be considered approved, and the Web Designer will continue their work. 2-Confidentiality All terms and conditions of this Agreement and any confidential information must be kept confidential, unless the disclosure is required pursuant to process of law. Disclosing or using this information for any purpose beyond the scope of this Agreement, or beyond the exceptions set forth above, is expressly forbidden without the prior consent of the Parties. The Parties agree that the confidentiality clause in this Agreement will remain active and in power even upon the termination of this Agreement. 3-Termination of Agreement This Agreement will automatically terminate when both Parties have performed all their obligations under the Agreement and all payments have been made. Should there be a desire to terminate the agreement before the completion of the project, the Client will notify the Agents @ work _10_ days in advance, and pay for services already completed and for hours already worked. 4-Limitation of Liability Neither party will be liable for breach-of-contract damages that are remote or speculative, or that the breaching party could not reasonably have foreseen on entry into this agreement. 5-Intellectual Property The Client will own the website and any visuals provided by the Agents @ work. The Agents @ work will turn over all necessary files. The Client guarantees that they have legal rights to all elements of text, photographs, and anything else that they provide the Agents @ work Inc with, and will not hold the Agents @ work responsible for any third-party claims. The Agents @ work will guarantee that they have legal rights to all elements related to the services they are providing and will not hold the client responsible for any third-party claims. 6-Dispute Resolution If either party accuses the other of being in breach of contract, the accused party will have 30 days to address the breach. 7-Applicable Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
